Framework Contract for the Provision of Market Facilitation Services under the ASCENT Project

Stylos Consults Co. Ltd. was engaged by the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) under a three-year framework contract to provide market facilitation services and conduct mass user awareness campaigns for the ASCENT Project. The assignment focuses on strengthening project outreach, stakeholder and user engagement, market linkages, and awareness of ASCENT-supported services and opportunities. Stylos Consults is responsible for designing and implementing targeted awareness and promotional activities, engaging relevant target groups and stakeholders, developing appropriate communication and promotional materials, and facilitating the dissemination of project information. The firm also provides assignment-specific market facilitation support based on engagement letters issued by BRD, including agreed scope, timelines, and deliverables. The engagement is intended to increase the reach, visibility, and uptake of ASCENT services while strengthening informed participation among targeted users and stakeholders.
