Supporting Consumer-Friendly E-Commerce through Legal Support, Capacity Development, and Awareness Raising

Stylos Consults Ltd conducted a nationwide survey to establish a baseline for consumer protection and e-commerce practices in Rwanda. The study assessed consumer awareness, business compliance, and policy implementation related to online transactions. Findings from the survey informed recommendations for strengthening legal frameworks, building institutional capacity, and promoting safer and more inclusive digital marketplaces.
