Feasibility Study for the Private Management of Rubavu Public Beach and Developing a Car-Free Beach Promenade

We successfully conducted a comprehensive feasibility study for Kivu Beach, focusing on the development of a car-free promenade. The study included a detailed strategic plan and a full feasibility analysis covering technical, economic, and social aspects of the project. The results of the study were very positive, and the project received strong appreciation and positive feedback from both the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and GIZ, confirming its relevance, viability, and potential impact.
