Strengthening the Rwanda Chamber of Tourism and its Member Associations

This initiative, implemented in partnership with GIZ Eco-Emploi, was designed to bolster the Rwandan tourism and hospitality sector’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. Key deliverables included a comprehensive needs assessment for members, the establishment of a national tourism call center, website development, and targeted capacity-building programs for the Chamber and its associations.
